Schools complete a short booking request form outlining program interest, preferred dates, and school context (Core French or French Immersion).

Program details and pricing are shared, availability is confirmed, and booking details are finalized collaboratively with the school’s lead contact. Payment arrangements and confirmation are completed at this stage. 

Program planning is fully handled by Le Jardin Français, with no additional planning required from teaching staff.

Program details are confirmed with the school’s lead contact a few days prior to delivery. 

On the day of the program, Le Jardin Français provides all facilitation, materials, and coordination, with clear structure and minimal preparation required from school staff.
