How Booking Works

Booking a Program:

Step 1: Submit a Booking Request
Schools complete a short booking request form outlining program interest, preferred dates, and school context (Core French or French Immersion).

Step 2: Confirmation & Booking Finalization
Availability is confirmed, and program details are finalized in collaboration with the school’s lead contact to align with scheduling, grade levels, and delivery model. Booking confirmation and payment arrangements are completed at this stage.

Step 3: Program Delivery
On the day of the program, Le Jardin Français provides all facilitation, materials, and coordination, with clear structure and minimal preparation required from school staff.

Pricing is provided upon request and reflects program format, school size, and delivery model.

Many schools use existing cultural, equity, or language-learning funds to support French programming. Information about potential funding sources is available upon request.
